Prem and Prerna had to go to Delhi together because Rahi was dealing with a leg injury and could not travel.

While they were there Prem showed his heroic side by saving Prerna from some dangerous men who were bothering her.

Since they were stuck and had nowhere else to go they ended up staying in the same hotel room.

This is where the situation turned sour. While Prem was sleeping soundly Prerna let her old feelings take over. She actually kissed a sleeping Prem not once but twice. When he finally woke up and realized what was happening he was totally furious.

He pushed her away and told her very clearly that he has no feelings for her. He told her that his heart belongs only to his wife Rahi and it always will.

He even wanted to tell Rahi everything because he usually does not hide things from her. But then he changed his mind because he was afraid of her reaction. Do you think hiding such a big thing is ever a good idea in a marriage.

She feels betrayed not just by Prerna but also by Prem for staying silent about the whole thing. In a fit of anger and deep sadness Rahi decides to wipe the sindoor from her forehead.

This is her way of saying that the marriage is over for her. She even plans to shame Prem in front of the whole family for what he did. It is so sad to see a loving couple fall apart because of a simple misunderstanding. A major plot twist is coming that will leave everyone shocked.
