Anupama will encounter a major money issue with the accident taking place, where Bharati ends up getting injured very badly.

Jessi and Anupama are shocked to hear that they need 50 thousand rupees as the deposit to start the treatment of Bharati but they do not have that much of money even if they wished to sacrifice their savings.

Anupama thinks about what she can do on her own without roaming around for help while Jessi tries to contact her friends for some loans.

With a helpless cry toward God, Anupama sings hymns and prays for the betterment of the situation which brings the ladies of the chawl who contribute some money for the treatment from their side.

Anupama finally gets an idea to get the money after which she comes to a jewellery shop and decides to sell her earrings, which Anuj had given her as a gift.

The jeweller gives 60 thousand for the earrings after checking them which saves Anupama from this dangerous situation with the arrangement somehow succeeding.

Anupama turns toward the sky and tells Anuj that he still has not stopped helping her even when he is not by her side physically. 

Anuj’s gift saves Anupama from begging on the streets for money, after which they arrive at the hospital to start the treatment with the initial deposit of the money.
