Exclusive! Kumar Sanu files Defamation Case against Ex-Wife

Kumar Sanu is a very huge name in the world of music as he has given few of the greatest songs to the Hindi film industry and has been called as the father of playback singing.

The singer has led a very controversial life as he has often been linked to many women. His ex-wife Rita has come out in open about his relationship and has made many shocking claims.

In a recent interview Rita claimed that during her pregnancy Kumar use to abuse her physically and deprived her of food and medical attention and even locked her in kitchen in multiple occasion.

Kumar has filed a defamation case against Rita in Bombay High Court and demanded 30 lakhs as her false comments have led to damage in his image.

Kumar demands 30 lakhs

His lawyer also claimed that Rita has signed legal documents that she is not going to make any comments on their relationship after the divorce and she has violated this clause

Kumar has also asked to remove the interview from all social platform to protect his image.
