Kundali Bhagya: Karan hospitalizes Preeta memory-loss twist next
In the latest storyline, a major turning point is going to come in the lives of Karan (Shakti Anand) and Preeta (Shraddha Arya) in ZEE TV serial Kundali Bhagya.
As per the ongoing storyline, we see how Karan and Preeta get trapped amid the kidnappers while saving Rajveer and Palki.
