It was earlier seen that Kartik is much stressed for stressed Sirat post Sheela marks her entry.

Kartik takes new Akshu to meet Sirat where she is much cute.

Cuteness overloaded Akshu likes Sirat too where Kartik leaves Akshu with Sirat to play.

Kartik gives Akshu's responsibility to Sirat and goes to attend office meeting.

Sirat also goes to change her dress and she is shocked to not find Akshu on coming out of the washroom.

Sirat gets distressed and Kartik comes there to take Akshu back as its her lunch time.
