Reminiscing the legendary Thakur Sajjan Singh of Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya 

Bollywood and Indian television's most popular actor Anupam Shyam surely took his last breath on 8th August 2021 but he left a legacy behind himself and which we can never forget.

The actor made his debut in Hindi Cinema in 1996 with the film 'Sardar Begum' and for the next 3 decades, he did many Hindi Films.

However, what rose him to fame is one of his most iconic characters 'Thakur Sajjan Singh' in the TV serial 'Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya'.

Hailing from Pratapgrah, Uttar Pradesh, he learned acting from Lucknow's Bhartendu Academy of Drama Arts and entered in acting world in 1995 from the Doordarshan TV serial 'Amravati Ki Kathayein'.

Thakur Sajjan Singh's character role brought huge fame and name to him which made him famous from house to house.

Anupam Shyam himself loved his character of Sajjan Singh and used to call it his favorite role.

After a huge gap, the series brought the second season 'Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya 2' wherein Anupam Shyam got really excited to again play the character of Sajjan Singh and refresh his old days' memories again.

Anupam Shyam stays alive in everyone's heart

The actor died at the age of 63 due to multiple organ failure.

After he joined the Season 2 of Pratigya, the actor said some beautiful lines which won fans hearts, he said,

'Zindagi Ki Jung Ladh Raha Tha, Wahan Se Aa Gaye Hain Ab, now with Pratigya, I want to entertain the audience again'.

This shows how Anupam Shyam was always so passionate about his acting and especially to his favorite character Thakur Sajjan Singh'.

His character was intense villainous and negative but still, he made his place in everyone's heart and no one can replace him.
