It was earlier seen that Malvika used to love a boy called Akshay where Anuj felt that he just loves Malvika's money and power.
Hence Anuj gave him money where he asked Akshay to go away from Malvika's life taking the money.
Akshay took the bag and left Malvika behind all alone in pain and suffering.
Malvika learned the truth and she was much upset with Anuj and decides to getaway from him.

Shockingly Anuj got Malvika married to a rich business man where later he learned the fact that man used to abuse Malvika and hence she slipped in depression.
Poor Anuj could not see Malvika in such a state and hence she used to leave and stay in rest of the work but not Anuj.
