The daily soap opera Anupama has recently been focusing on Anuj and Anupama's equations with Ankush and Barkha.
Barkha's taunts were not enough for Vanraj that now Ankush also takes a dig at him for being friends with his ex-wife.
Ankush even taunts Vanraj saying he chose his need over his ego and this literally pisses off the latter.
However, Vanraj knows very well how to handle such people.
And so, the next Vanraj puts his feet on Ankush's pride and taunts him back saying he also chose his need over his self-respect that's why he is suddenly feeling his brotherly love for Anuj.

So, further in the episodes, you will see Vanraj finally recognizing the ill intentions of Ankush and Barkha.
