But how long can Keerti keep up this act before Dhruv sees the reality for himself. I have a feeling a massive plot twist is coming very soon that will change the course of the story forever.

Reet is not someone who gives up easily and her love for her brother will eventually give her the strength to expose the villain.

When the truth finally comes out it is highly likely that Dhruv will call off the wedding and Keerti will be left with nothing.
