Karan accepts Gautam's condition for Raunak's sake

Today's episode begins with Gautam placing a condition before Nandini as he will only help Raunak if Karan himself requests it. Everyone condemns Gautam's demand, but he remains firm. Shockingly, Karan finally fulfills Gautam's condition and asks him to save Raunak.

Gautam tells Karan that his fees are high, which draws criticism from everyone. When Samaira tries to insult him, Gautam sharply criticizes her in return. Karan then offers a blank check, but Gautam refuses to accept it. Instead, he changes the game by demanding that Karan pay his house rent every month. For Raunak's sake, Karan agrees.

Meanwhile, Nakul and Vaishnavi discuss Raunak's dangerous situation. Vaishnavi wants to seek Gautam's help, but Nakul insists Gautam will never agree because of Karan's behavior. Vaishnavi argues that Raunak is family and deserves support, pointing out how Tulsi helped a woman in jail who had no relation to her.

Raunak is shocked to see Gautam as his advocate, but Gautam instructs him to follow his rules. When Gautam shows Karan's signed check, Raunak doubts his intentions. Gautam clarifies that he is loyal to his profession. Raunak then explains all the case details to Gautam.

Karan argues with Nandini, saying he does not trust Gautam, but Nandini defends him, insisting Gautam has not broken their trust. Gautam refuses to reveal Raunak's statement to Karan and Nandini, citing professionalism. He reassures Nandini that Raunak is innocent but warns them to be cautious of Premchand Narang, Karan's business rival.

Karan doubts on Gautam's intention

Later, Karan speaks to Parth's photo, feeling helpless and missing him deeply. Shobha, worried about Karan's condition, urges him to eat. Karan confesses his sorrow, saying he lost his backbone when Parth died and now fears losing Raunak too. He worries whether Gautam will truly help, but Shobha defends Gautam, assuring him that Gautam will not betray them and will surely bring Raunak back.
