Tulsi calls herself bad mother for hurting her own son Karan and killing Ansh

Today's episode starts with Karan telling Tulsi that he thought Niyati would be fine, but her health is deteriorating day by day, and he could not reveal the truth to her.
Karan tells Tulsi that since then he has been living two lives, but he never betrayed Nandini.

Tulsi breaks down, remembering that she once beat Karan and also killed Ansh. She curses herself for being a bad mother who hurt her own son. Niyati shares Karan's workload, and Reo decides to shift to India to help Karan.

Mihir is shocked to learn that Ansh had a son, Reyansh, while Tulsi feels guilty thinking that if she had not killed Ansh, then Karan would not have to pay for her mistake, and his married life with Nandini would not have been destroyed.

Tulsi decides to bring Niyati and Ansh back, but Mihir stops her. He warns that if Reo finds out she killed Ansh, then everyone will become a victim in front of him.

Tulsi suggests Karan to reveal Reo truth to Nandini before gets too late

Karan refuses Tulsi's idea, saying they should not reveal this to Nandini as she cannot bear to see Ansh's lookalike. Tulsi tells Karan that if they do not tell the truth to Nandini, she will divorce him, because she feels he is betraying her. Mihir and Karan finally agree with Tulsi's decision.

Later, Niyati and Reo feel someone inside the house. Reo is about to hit, but is shocked to see Karan there. Karan tells them that since he missed dinner with them, he thought they could have breakfast together.
Karan becomes tense when Reo decides to stay back in India.
