Reo impresses the Virani family and is granted the power of attorney for the business

The episode begins with Reo explaining to Tulsi and the family that he does not earn profit or income from his work. Instead, he gains people's blessings and has made the Virani family viral through his efforts. Tulsi appreciates Reo's dedication, even comparing him to Bapuji. She then asks Hemant, Gautam, and Pooja to decide who deserves the power of attorney. They unanimously choose Reo, which leaves Parth and Nandini upset.

Reo, however, refuses to take responsibility, saying his intention was only to gain blessings for the company, not money. Tulsi remains firm in her decision, which angers Parth. Vaishnavi praises Reo for his work, and in front of Parth, Reo intentionally holds her hand and asks if she truly admired his efforts. Vaishnavi confirms that his work has elevated Bandhej to a high level and deserves appreciation. When Reo asks if she is impressed by him, she says yes, after which he leaves.

Reo ignites rift between Reo and Vaishnavi

Parth becomes furious with Vaishnavi for appreciating Reo and allowing him to hold her hand. Hurt by Parth's behavior, Vaishnavi breaks down, while Tulsi grows suspicious after witnessing their fight. Reo comments to Vaishnavi that Parth is immature, which is why he scolds her. He lightens the mood with some playful talk, making Vaishnavi smile, though Tulsi watches them seriously.

Meanwhile, Nandini complains to Parth about Tulsi's excessive trust in Reo. Parth reassures her not to worry, saying Tulsi will eventually discover the truth herself. Nandini feels relieved and happy to know about Parth and Vaishnavi's love, while Parth secretly plans to propose to Vaishnavi on her birthday.
