Tulsi teaches Parth and Vaishnavi how to manage situations with maturity

The episode begins with Tulsi explaining to Vaishnavi about Parth's upbringing. She tells her that Parth grew up in a lavish environment where he always knew his father's business would eventually be his, and his mother fulfilled all his desires. For the first time, however, he faced a real challenge - his competitor was a man raised by Karan. Tulsi admits that she never taught Parth how to handle emotions, especially misunderstandings with girls.

Vaishnavi understands Parth's situation and tries to persuade him. She asks him not to waste time since her birthday celebration is approaching. Parth is somewhat convinced, and they feed cake to each other, but he leaves disturbed.

Tulsi later finds Parth alone in his room. He opens up about his pain, speaking of Nandini's suffering due to Reo's power of attorney, her partiality towards Reo, and the suffocation Nandini feels because of his presence. Parth confesses his guilt for not being able to do anything for her and wishes he had been there to kill Ansh. Tulsi tells him that she was there - and she killed Ansh. She helps Parth understand Nandini's condition and advises him to handle situations with patience and maturity, reminding him that his aggression is harming his relationship with Vaishnavi. Tulsi encourages him never to keep his feelings bottled up, but to share them with someone he trusts. Parth agrees and hugs Tulsi emotionally.

Tulsi then stops Gautam from leaving, surprising everyone when Karan arrives. Parth, Samaira, Nandini, and Reo greet him happily. Karan and Niyati exchange greetings with awkwardness, and Niyati thanks Karan for what he did for them in the past. Gautam asks Karan about Mihir, and Karan explains that Mihir is busy with work in the U.S. and that he came because Tulsi called him.

Nandini exposes Shanti Niketan's dependence on Karan

Gautam questions Tulsi about why she called Karan so suddenly. Tulsi explains that she made a decision in everyone's presence, but since some members agreed and others did not, she wanted to discuss it with Karan as well. Gautam argues that such matters could wait, but Tulsi insists it was necessary. Karan reassures her that it's fine she called him and asks if the matter is related to the power of attorney, which Nandini had already mentioned. Tulsi clarifies that Gautam, Damini, Hemant, and Pooja were involved in the decision, but since Karan was not, she wanted his input.

Karan says no one has a problem with Tulsi's decision. Nandini interrupts, claiming Tulsi called him only to complain about her, and Karan scolds Nandini for speaking that way. Tulsi insists it wasn't solely her decision. Karan then explains that Tulsi gave Parth a challenge, and while Parth did well, Reo's idea was innovative and beneficial for the company's future, so he deserved the position. Nandini argues that Parth joined Virani Industries and everyone appreciated his creativity and profits, while Reo, being new, doesn't know much about the company. She apologizes to Reo, clarifying it isn't about him, but questions how he could so easily get the position. Niyati interrupts, saying it was Tulsi and the elders' decision, so Nandini shouldn't complain. Nandini snaps back, saying Niyati just came into the house and has no right to speak. Reo grows angry at Nandini's behavior toward Niyati.

Nandini then declares that the household is running only because Karan sends money every month, covering losses and keeping the family afloat.
