A leaked BTS video from the sets reveals Noyna performing funeral of her love for Mihir and taking vow to destory Shantinekatan and if sources are to be believed she will begin her revenge game with making Angad and Vrinda divorce, showing karan hell on earth and ruining things for Ritik and Munni. 

Noyana is currently playing a very dirty game to get what she wants. She has told everyone that she has last stage blood cancer. This is a very heavy lie to tell just to get a man. She wants to marry Mihir so she can die as his wife. It is a very clever way to make everyone feel sorry for her.

Do you think she is actually sick or is it all just a big act. Most of us know that Noyana will go to any length to win. She is trying to use the kindness of Mihir against him and it seems to be working for now. The whole family is in shock because of her news.
