The latest buzz from the television world is that Abhishek Kumar, who is currently seen in Colors TV's Laughter Chef, will soon appear in the upcoming show Ishq Dum Aur Idli Rasam.
Abhishek Kumar has already impressed fans with his dashing looks and cooking skills in Laughter Chef alongside Samarth. Like his previous show, Abhishek will once again be seen in a chef's avatar, portraying the role of Arjun Thakur, an arrogant character proud of his cooking skills.
His love-hate chemistry with Shaney Doshi in the show will be fresh for fans, as viewers are already showering love on the promo. Previously, Shoaib Ibrahim was supposed to play the role of Arjun Thakur, but now Abhishek has been finalized, and he is quite excited about it.

Shaney Doshi will be seen playing the role of Chef Meera Nayar, who runs her restaurant Dakshin Illam. Meera's life takes a U-turn when she clashes with Arjun over cooking skills. The promo has already been launched, and Meera and Arjun are all set to cook up romance in Dakshin Illam.
The first episode will premiere on 11th May 2026 on Balaji's YouTube channel. Ishqbaaaz fame Surbhi Chandna is the producer of this show and has high hopes for her first venture.
