Jhanak Latest News: Megha Chakraborty to make a cameo in Anirudh (Krushal Ahuja) and Jhanak's (Hiba Nawab) love story

Jhanak is heading toward a big generation leap in the upcoming episodes with Anirudh and Jhanak’s love story coming to an end. Krishna Chalegi London fame Megha Chakraborty will make her cameo in Jhanak before the new cast is revealed for the generation leap.

The show recently took a leap of 5 years to show Anirudh and Jhanak’s separate lives after Jhanak left him and Kolkata. However, this track has failed to attract viewers for the show, leading the serial to drop in the ranks of the TRP race.

Fans are not happy with Anirudh and Jhanak again getting separated, as they came together after a whole lot of struggle and obstacles on their way. The return of Arshi in Anirudh’s life has become monotonous and boring for the viewers, with the same cycle repeating in the story.

The makers have decided to wrap up the story of Anirudh and Jhanak and introduce a generation leap with new faces and a fresh storyline. The current leads, Krushal Ahuja and Hiba Nawab, are likely to exit the show after the time skip, and the next generation will start their story from the start.

Megha Chakraborty approached for another Leena Gangopadhyay project

Megha Chakraborty, who was last seen in Colors TV’s Mishri opposite Namish Taneja, is confirmed to make her cameo in Jhanak soon. The actress will be seen playing an impactful character who will become the key to solve the misunderstandings between Jhanak and Anirudh.

There are rumours about Megha Chakraborty playing the female lead for another Leena Gangopadhyay project on Star Plus soon but no further details have been released as of yet. Fans are excited to hear this news and expect to see some spark with the new cast getting confirmed for the leap in Jhanak.
