Ishaan discovers Nayanika's serious illness in Sairaab

In Sairaab, destiny once again brings Nayanika and Ishaan face to face when she arrives in Mumbai to attend a seminar.

Nayanika is warmly welcomed at the hospital for her commendable work as a doctor and delivers a speech to fellow doctors. Coincidentally, Ishaan also comes to the same hospital for a charity function and is stunned to see Nayanika there. He soon discovers that she is suffering from cancer, leaving him shattered, as he had been dreaming of a life with her dreams now broken by this painful revelation.

Despite her refusal to stay at his house, Ishaan insists, confessing openly that he cares deeply for her and wants to look after her in this difficult time. Reluctantly, Nayanika agrees.

At Ishaan’s house, however, Tina criticizes Nayanika, accusing her of taking advantage of Ishaan and even insulting her. Hurt, Nayanika prepares to leave, but Ishaan stops her, clarifying that Tina is not his girlfriend she only pretends to be. Ishaan holds Nayanika’s hand and brings her inside, while Nayanika silently battles her inner feelings. She cannot deny her attraction to Ishaan’s stubbornness and his genuine care for her.

Now, with Nayanika in Ishaan’s house, the stage is set for their love story to begin.
