Seher Hone Ko Hai: Mahid is determined to protect Kauser and Seher from the Troubles
Seher tells Mahid that he is a nice person and he deserves to be happy. She tells him that she wants him to be genuinely happy while he looks at her and admires her but then he knows the situation they are in right now and refuses to think about it.
Mahid and Seher are still very much drawn to each other but then, they don't want to accept each other because Seher thinks Mahid doesn't love her and Mahid knows that Seher is way too young to even Marry.

But then he has to suppress whatever feelings he has in his heart for her. He cannot go ahead with what he has in his heart because they can never be accepted. He refuses to let Seher get hurt anymore and decides become the silent protector of Kauser and Seher. He is scared of losing her like he lost his mother.
In the upcoming episodes we will get to I see that Mahid Promises Kauser that he will help Seher become the Doctor no matter what and asks her to keep trust him. He tells her that he will never come in between her dreams while Kauser gets elated hearing him.
