Emily’s morning starts with a jog around beautiful Seine river.

Her rest of the day does not seem to go so beautifully when Madeline, her Chicago boss tells her that she has to give her French colleagues all the commandments from Chicago office.

 At first her water cut off in the shower and her talk with her landlady ‘got lost in translation’. Gabriel tries to save the situation but Emily ends up watching her hair in ‘Bidet’.

Next her French learning class teacher declines her friendly invitation to drink.

As expected, her office commandments did not go down well with her office colleagues who accuse her of destroying their French soul.

However, she did score an invite to the shoot campaign for Antoine’s perfume commercial.

But their also she receives a rude awakening when she realizes that the idea of beauty for the commercial is a naked woman walking along the bridge.

Although she did try to voice her concern but is not taken seriously by them.

Emily caught up in Antoine Sylvie drama

 Later when the shoot is being screened in office, Emily persists over her concern ignoring the warning by Sylvie to keep mum about the subject.

Antoine agrees to the Emily’s idea of letting the world decide that shoot is sexy or sexist through twitter poll.

As a thankyou note he gives her lingerie as present making Sylvie suspicious.

Mindy decides to throw a dinner party for Emily but no one wants to get to know her.

She meets a guy and leaves with him but his degrading remarks becomes a turn off for Emily.

Feeling low she goes to meet Gabriel confessing her fears that no one in Paris likes her.

Gabriel asks Emily to give it more time and also admits to his likeness for her.
