The current episode starts with Sayi tells Virat's condition to the doctor when the doctor praises Sayi for her timely aid.

As the latter performs Virat's X-ray, the old woman thanks Sayi.

Here Virat, Sunny, and Mohit are going mad to find Sayi.

Sayi faces a huge shocker when Sam comes forth her whom Virat calls Sam Bhaiya.

Sayi recalls Samrat's photo frame in Chavan Niwas and gets a little emotional.
