Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Rahul Sharma locked to play the love interest of Abhira (Samridhii Shukla) in the upcoming episodes
Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is set to spice up the drama between Abhira and Armaan in the upcoming episodes of the show. With Armaan getting his own love interest after the 7 year leap, the makers are set to introduce a new actor who will play Abhira’s love interest in the future story of YRKKH.
Abhira is seen as a single woman living with Vidya and Kaveri, with the memories of her lost daughter, which Armaan has taken away without even informing anyone. It is hinted that Abhira also feels resentful toward Armaan after what happened in the past, as Kaveri declares that Armaan’s name is banned from being mentioned in their house.
After facing such cruel treatment from the man she loved, Abhira is ready to meet someone new in her life to start a new beginning. Rahul Sharma has been finalised to enter the show as a new character who will become Abhira’s love interest in this new storyline. Earlier, Dheeraj Dhoopar was rumoured to be cast in this role, but this time, the news is final with this option getting locked.
Abhira will finally meet someone new in her life after facing such a cruel betrayal by Armaan which will only keep getting worse after she discovers that Armaan has kept Pookie hidden from her all these years. With Armaan changing his personality completely to even start his new family, Abhira also needs to make some progress for herself.

Rahul Sharma is a nostalgic name with his classic shows like Teri Meri Love Stories and Kal Bhairav Rahasya, and now he will be seen sharing on-screen chemistry with Samridhii Shukla. Fans are divided about the opinion on Abhira and Armaan coming together again as a couple after Armaan broke all fans’ hearts with his actions.
