Just when she thought her past was far away she is about to walk right into it in the most unexpected place. Life is really unpredictable for her right now.
While visiting a hospital in Delhi with Hopeful Hasmukh they stumble upon someone who will change everything. Can you guess who it is. Yes it is none other than Ailing Anuj.
But wait he is not the same man we remember. He is staying in the same hospital where Hasmukh went to see a friend.
The sight is going to be quite painful for everyone watching. Anuj seems to be in a very bad state of mind.
He is confused and keeps asking why Anupama left him and why she never came back for him. It is truly heartbreaking to see him like this. He looks lost and lonely in that big hospital room.

Instead of a warm hug he starts fighting with her and shouting. He is angry and full of questions that have been bothering him for a long time. Anupama just stands there and listens to his bitter words without saying anything.
She is just happy that he is alive and in front of her. Hasmukh also sees them together and starts crying tears of joy. He believes that God has finally listened to her prayers and returned her happiness.
But will Anuj ever forgive her for the time they spent apart. How will she help him get better when he is so angry with her. A major plot twist is coming very soon that will change the path of their lives forever.
