The story starts at home where things are not looking good. Aarambhi was trying to leave for her shift but her mother in law was standing in her way. She is very unhappy because she thinks Aarambhi spends too much time at the hospital and ignores her house work.

The mother in law even threatened to talk to Vishwas. She wants to tell him that Aarambhi is never home and her feet do not stay on the ground anymore. We have to wonder if Vishwas will listen to his mother or stand by his wife. It is a very difficult situation for any woman to be in.

Aarambhi managed to leave for work after a short argument but the tension is still there. Do you think the mother in law is being too mean to her.

A Brave Medical Decision

When Aarambhi reached the hospital she found a mother crying for her son. The boy was very sick but the hospital refused to treat him. Why.

It was all because of money. The family had not paid the fees yet and the hospital had strict rules. Dr Manmeet was also there and she told Aarambhi that she wanted to help but she could not break the rules.

This was a very emotional moment. Aarambhi could not see the mother in so much pain. She decided to pay for everything herself. She told Manmeet to start the treatment immediately and that she would cover every single cost.

This is a very noble thing to do but it will bring more problems. A major plot twist is coming and we are worried for Aarambhi. How will she explain this to her family. If her mother in law finds out she is spending money this way it will be a huge scandal. Do you think Aarambhi did the right thing.
