Jhanak: Rishi Marries Jhanak Behind Bars While Aniruddha Watches In Silence

The drama is breaking boundaries in this serial as we move into a week of total chaos. You simply will not believe the lengths the characters are going to in order to protect their secrets or their loved ones.

The story begins with a total nightmare for our lead character. Because of a cruel setup by Aditi and Arshi involving a fake poisoning drama, Jhanak finds herself behind bars for a crime she did not commit.

While the inspector treats her poorly and calls her an orphan with no one to claim her, the man she looks up to,Aniruddha, remains frozen. Is he too weak to stand up against the pressure from Arshi?

It certainly seems so. He watches as she is dragged away, unable to move his feet to help her.

However, a hero emerges from the shadows. Rishi decides he cannot let an innocent woman suffer. In a move that will be remembered for a long time, he enters the lock-up and performs a marriage ritual with Jhanak.

By placing the red wedding powder in her hair, he gives her his name and the legal status of his wife. This move allows him to sign her bail papers immediately as her husband.

Can you believe he risked his entire police career and his family standing just for her? The inspector is left speechless as the law changes in an instant.

A Deadly Kitchen Sabotage

When they return to the family home, the reception is anything but warm. Arshi is livid and refuses to let Jhanak cross the threshold, claiming a criminal can never be a daughter-in-law.

But Rishi is firm, even threatening to expose the family cruelty to the media if they do not respect his wife.

The tension only rises during the ritual where the new bride must cook a sweet pudding for the family. Arshi tries to cause a kitchen explosion by loosening the gas pipe.

Luckily, Aniruddha smells the gas and pulls Jhanak to safety just in time. Does this mean he still has deep, hidden feelings for her?

A massive plot twist is coming during a sudden medical emergency. Jhanak faints from the extreme stress, and the doctor discovers she has a very rare genetic blood marker.

When Aniruddha sees the medical reports, his world stops. It is the exact same condition he has.

The truth is finally out in his mind. Jhanak is his biological daughter. How can he live with the guilt of how he has treated his own child?

Arshi is not finished yet. She pretends to accept the marriage and sends Rishi and Jhanak on a honeymoon to Kashmir.

Her real plan is much darker. She wants Jhanak gone for good and has hired criminals to finish the job in the mountains.

Little does she know that Aniruddha is following them as a silent guardian to protect the daughter he just discovered.
