Jhanak: The Ex-Wife Returns: SP Rishi Brings Jhanak Home To Her Killer

Rishi has stopped acting like the dutiful son-in-law and has begun his investigation into the Jhanak missing person case.

The tension hit fever pitch when Rishi confronted Aniruddh with Jhanak’s old diary, which revealed she was receiving threats from someone inside the Bose house.

This Roohi is, in fact, Jhanak, who did not recognise her husband Rishi when they finally met. Making matters worse, Arshi’s plan to cause a fatal car accident for Rishi and Aditi failed, prompting her to send goons to finish Jhanak off at the temple.

But hold on, guess who appeared in the nick of time to save Jhanak from the bullets? None other than Aniruddh himself, who took a shot for Jhanak. Lying injured, Aniruddh tearfully muttered, "Forgive me, Jhanak."

This confession has pushed Aditi over the edge. Aditi, heartbroken and insecure, found herself watching her father die while confessing his love for her husband’s first wife.

The sources tell us that Aditi is quickly sliding into the villain role, ready to team up with Arshi to eliminate Jhanak entirely.

The final scene shot at the Bose house set was explosive. Rishi returned from Kashmir not with his injured father-in-law, but with Jhanak. He placed her inside the house under police protection, calling her the key witness in the attempted murder case, right in front of a horrified Arshi.
