Shahil objects Karan's strict behaviour towards children

Today's episode begins with Samaira suggesting to Karan that they should go to Mahabaleshwar or somewhere else, but Karan refuses, saying his friend Subhas Gupta is coming. He plans to make Subhas stay at a hotel to avoid him witnessing the family crisis.

Samaira insists on going to pick up Devika from the airport, but Karan refuses since it is late at night. Sahil questions Karan about how he has become so rude and old-fashioned by restricting his children's freedom. Karan explains that he doesn't want any of his children to suffer like Parth did, but Sahil warns him that his strictness might backfire. Gautam interrupts, accusing Karan of being overly strict and wanting to rule.

Karan taunts Gautam, telling him not to lecture Nakul, who is about to marry his elder brother Parth's widow. Shahil silences them, refusing to side with Gautam because of their past. Gautam recalls his marriage to Ganga, saying it was an old matter and things have changed, but Shahil remains unconvinced. Karan mocks Gautam, calling him double-minded. Finally, Gautam steps back and leaves the decision to Shahil, accepting his judgment.

Tulsi asks Maharaj to cook special dishes for the function. Gayatri and Shobha object, saying Maharaj belongs to Karan's side and that Karan's family will not attend the wedding. Tulsi confidently replies that Karan and his children will surely come. Gayatri teases Tulsi for being senile with age, but Tulsi retorts that while she may be old, she is not too old and that it is Gayatri who is truly closer to senility.

Raunak and Samaira mock Gayatri and Shobha's dance practice, calling it a circus. Tulsi outsmarts them by showing her awareness of Gen Z trends and challenges them to join the sangeet and mehendi. They accept, thinking it will give them a chance to throw her out of the house.

Meanwhile, Subhas Das Gupta is shocked to find no hotel booking for him. Tulsi arrives and insists he stay at Shanti Niketan, revealing that Karan lied about the house being under renovation.

Karan falls in Tulsi's ousmart game

The mehendi function begins, and Gautam and Nakul feel upset seeing Karan and his children absent. Tulsi then arrives home with Subhas, leaving Karan stunned. Subhas asks Karan why he lied, and Karan is surprised when Subhas explains that Tulsi told him Karan was hesitant to invite him to the wedding. Subhas reassures him that he is happy to be involved as they are old friends.

Karan and his children grow uneasy, realizing they now have no choice but to participate in the function. Tulsi smiles, knowing they will have to join.
