Nandini prepares to leave Karan after being accused of Niyati’s accident

The episode begins with Reo questioning Tulsi about why it was necessary to tell Niyati the truth. Suddenly, Reo receives a call about Niyati's accident, and everyone rushes to the accident site.

Reo panics upon seeing Niyati's condition and admits her to the hospital. In his distress, he accuses Tulsi, saying that first she killed his father, and now his mother Niyati is in danger because of her.

Tulsi bursts out at Nandini for revealing the truth, while Nandini retaliates by accusing Mihir of having an affair with Nyona, which makes Tulsi furious. Tulsi reminds Nandini that Niyati is ill, unlike Nyona, and tells her that if she wants to leave Karan, she should go. Nandini storms out.

Gautam questions Tulsi about why she is blaming Nandini, and Tulsi apologizes. However, Nandini prepares to leave. Munni stops her by reminding her of Samaira and Parth's situation, leaving Nandini helpless and forcing her to stay back.

The doctor informs Reo that Niyati is out of danger. Parth and Vaishnavi decide to meet her. When Vaishnavi arrives at the hospital, she bumps into a nurse and twists her leg.

Reo and Vaishnavi share some playful banter, but seeing her in pain, Reo lifts her in his arms and carries her to a safe area. Parth becomes upset seeing Vaishnavi in Reo's arms and questions him about it. As a prank, Reo also lifts Parth, which makes Vaishnavi laugh. Parth warns Reo to stay away from her. Reo taunts Parth indirectly, saying Vaishnavi is not his type, hinting at her size.

Fight between Reo and Parth over Vaishnavi

Vaishnavi feels insecure and asks Parth if she really looks bad, but Parth tells her he doesn't care.

Tulsi comes to meet Niyati in the hospital, but Reo stops her, fearing Niyati might suffer another attack upon seeing her. When Reo meets Niyati, he is shocked as she tells him he is Ansh Virani's son. Reo grows suspicious about how much Niyati remembers.

Reo accuses Tulsi of entering despite his refusal. Tulsi insists it is not right to leave a beloved one alone. Niyati then asks if it is fine to kill her own son, Ansh.

Parth tells Vaishnavi that Reo is intentionally doing all this because he wants to take over the Virani industry and enter the house.

Niyati questions Tulsi, saying that if Ansh returned to Shantiniketan, everyone would see him as part of the family and give him rights. Tulsi assures her that she will give Reo his rightful place and honor.
